HAITI RELIEF DONATIONS
As we all know, Haiti has seen a significant
devastation by the Earthquake that happened at the end of January. Wycleff has been a crusader for Haiti long
before the crusade and even more now.
Hopefully, we have all taken action to support the efforts in Haiti, as we
would want others to support and help us if we were in the same position. There are many ways to donate to Haiti via phone,
online and even text messages. There are
many organizations that are collecting money, but the one organization I
support the most is Wycleff’s Yele Organization because not only is he from
Haiti, but I have every reason to be believe that he will go to Haiti and make
sure that they get the assistant that they need.
For those that do donate, the US government has now provided you
the option to deduct your donations either on this year’s tax return or next
years tax return. Be sure to contact
your tax professional to see what would be best for you.
